Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • There is a coded lock on the gate to the beach access; the code will be provided to you before your arrival.

Property Access

  • West Lagoon Cottage, Unit YY (YYs Choice), is located in the West Lagoon Cottages community directly across the street from the beach.
  • Gated, dedicated beach access is a short walk across the street.
  • The beach access is located across the street to the left of Westwind Condominiums (blue building).
  • There is a coded lock on the gate to the beach access; the code will be provided to you before your arrival.
  • This unit has a private outdoor shower located underneath the house.
  • Trash cans are located underneath the house.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
  • 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
  • This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.
  • Damaged linens will be replaced at the then current retail price and charged to the guest responsible for the rental agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • If linens are damaged during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.
  • If you cancel at least 30 days before the arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), 100% of the rent paid will be refunded. The only fees not refunded are the non-refundable fees, including already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee.
  • Travel Insurance is recommended.

Parking Information

  • Parking is available underneath the house and will accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV.
  • Free high-speed internet is provided throughout the unit.
  • There is a community pool on the property.
  • A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit.

Cleaning and Linens

  • All linens are washed and bleached before every guest's arrival.
  • Professional cleaning is provided by full-time cleaning staff using eco-friendly approved chemicals. Each staff member is assigned to clean the same property. Properties are thoroughly disinfected. Professional inspectors evaluate the unit after each cleaning.

Safety and Security

  • Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and deadbolts are provided.
  • Self check-in/check-out is available.

Kitchen and Laundry Amenities

  • Kitchen includes cooking basics, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, stove, oven, toaster, basic dishes and silverware, and dishwasher.
  • Laundry amenities include clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing board & iron.

  • Guests are encouraged to bring or rent a kayak to explore Little Lagoon.
