Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • There is a coded lock on the gate to the beach access; the code will be provided to you before your arrival.
  • Self check-in/check-out is available.

Property Access

  • West Lagoon Cottage, Unit YY (YYs Choice), is located in the West Lagoon Cottages community directly across the street from the beach.
  • The property has a community pool.
  • Gated, dedicated beach access is a short walk across the street, located to the left of Westwind Condominiums (blue building).
  • There is a private outdoor shower located underneath the house for rinsing off sand.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • In an effort to offer guests the lowest rate possible while providing high-quality linens, guests are requested to refrain from damaging linens. If linens are damaged, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the current retail price.
  • Long-term Snowbird rental rates are available from November 1st through the end of February.

Fees and Payments

  • If linens are damaged during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the current retail price.
  • If you cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), you will be refunded 100% of rent paid, except for non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee.
  • It is recommended that guests purchase travel insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.

  • Parking is available underneath the house and will accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

  • Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and deadbolts are installed.
  • CLEAN BED GUARANTEE: All linens are washed and bleached every time for sanitation. Linens include bath towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and dish towels. Specialized procedures are used to avoid cross-contamination.
  • PROFESSIONAL CLEANING: Properties are cleaned by professional cleaners employed by the company. Eco-friendly, approved chemicals are used to clean and disinfect before each guest's arrival. After cleaning, properties are inspected to ensure cleanliness.
